Responsibilities
- Sales & Order Support Execution

- Identify discrepancies between forecast and actual order activity, escalating as needed.
- Reporting & Process Support
- Generate standard reports related to orders, pipeline status, and forecast updates .
- Track key execution metrics such as order completeness, timing changes, and backlog status .
- Assist in identifying process gaps and improving order flow efficiency .
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth order lifecycle management.
- Serve as a central coordination point for resolving order-related issues and driving follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Language: C1 or C2 English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience: 2-4 years in sales support, customer service, order management, or demand/operations support
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (data entry, reporting, pipeline tracking)
- Strong attention to detail with focus on order accuracy and process execution
- Solid Excel skills (reporting, tracking, basic analysis)
- Strong coordination and communication skills across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Preferred
- Experience in order management or inside sales support roles
- Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or fulfillment processes
