As part of this team, you'll provide inbound phone support to customers during times when insurance agents are unavailable to take calls, helping ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear verbal communication, critical thinking and the ability to work in a quiet, professional environment. Available Production Hours Monday - Sunday: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT Commitment 10 hours per week minimum is non-negotiable, and may extend to 15 hours based on team size/project needs 5 hours must be self-scheduled on Friday and / or Saturday 90 days
