- Creating Knowledge Management articles for undocumented resolutions and add such Documentation to the Service Knowledge Management System.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.
- Understanding of network concepts and technologies.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages can be helpful.
- Should be available outside of regular work hours to ensure critical issues get resolved promptly to minimize downtime.
- Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience working in a related field
- The ability to prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency. Timely and constant communication to the Customer is critical for this role
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in written form to all levels of staff
- Work in an effective, consistent manner, maintaining quality assurance and compliance with established directives, policy, and best practices
- Strong analytic skills and ability to apply critical thinking and a methodical approach to problem identification and resolution
- Experience supporting and managing business applications
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- High attention to detail, process oriented, and ability to understand business and technology impact
- Strong sense of ownership and thoroughness, with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
