Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with staff, department heads, and volunteers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes that improve organizational performance

  • Arrange logistics and manage financial processes for onsite and offsite training sessions and events
  • Evaluate training quality and effectiveness by collecting and analyzing job evaluations, session feedback, and surveys
  • Develop, manage, and execute projects or duties assigned by supervisors or the Executive Director
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective collaboration and guidance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with HR industry trends and developments
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is an advantage
