- 6+ years in card disputes, chargebacks, or payments operations (issuing and acquiring experience essential)
- Proven track record managing team leads or managers in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Visa/Mastercard scheme rules and the chargeback lifecycle
- Data-driven and operationally excellent-you use MI to drive decisions and improve performance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment and excited by the challenge
