Site Supervisor (Formwork)

Requirements

• Qualifications: Competent in Supervise Construction Work for WSH, Perform Work At Height or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in site coordination or supervision, in formwork supervision work
• Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese is desirable. (In order to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.)

Job Responsibilities Project Coordination - Coordinate daily on-site activities across multiple projects as assigned by the Project Manager (PM). Ensure all works adhere to project schedules, approved designs, and required quality standards. Site Supervision - Supervise subcontractors and workers on site, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship. Quality & Safety Compliance - Ensure all activities comply with project requirements and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards. Address and resolve safety or quality issues promptly. Communication & Reporting - Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and in-house team, maintaining clear and professional communication. Provide regular updates to the PM on site progress, challenges and resolutions.
