TQ2 - Demonstrated expertise providing independent IT advisory services and consultative support by formulating technical recommendations, serving as a cross-organizational liaison, and delivering architectural foresight to support enterprise portfolios. SENIOR PROFESSIONAL (SP) QUALIFICATIONS: Work experience should demonstrate the ability to negotiate with senior leaders and subject matter technical experts of the federal, military services, private industry, and/or academia to arrive at acceptable technical and business solutions and agreement on highly complex and possibly controversial information technology issues; and Stature in the profession as indicated by memberships and activity in professional associations, honors, awards, and other recognition and leadership in national and international professional communities. Experience reflects contributions and a very positive professional reputation as evidenced by successfully executing risk management, information assurance, and authorizing official activities and taskings, in a large cyber or IT organization.
