Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for client communication to address inquiries and provide updates
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support shipment processes
- Prepare and handle shipping documents such as delivery orders, bills of lading, arrival notices, and tax invoices accurately
- Complete customs import permit declarations to comply with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, haulers, and warehouses to ensure timely and smooth shipment delivery

- Perform pick and pack for client
