Programme Executive (CET Operations) - 12-Month Contract

📍 Location: Nearest MRT, (Kent Ridge) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm 💰 Salary: Up to $4000/month 🗓 Start Date: Immediate 📅 Duration: 12-month contract Are you someone who enjoys running programmes from start to finish? We're looking for a Programme Executive to own the end-to-end operations of Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full lifecycle of assigned CET programmes - from course setup and SSG submissions to delivery and close-out
• Coordinate faculty, trainers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Handle SSG funding applications, claims, and compliance documentation
• Resolve learner enquiries and operational issues as they arise
• Key Requirements:
• Minimum a Degree in any relevant studies.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in CET, higher education, or professional training
• Hands-on experience with SSG/Skills Future funding and TGS submissions
• Proven ability to run programmes independently (not just support)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
