Play your part in our team success The purpose of this position is to secure Import Shipments on time delivery in compliance with applicable regulations & LEGO Group Policies, within the right cost as part of daily execution, through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and functional knowledge having in mind internal customer needs. This allows the business to keep the LOM machinery and equipment with timely maintenance. Core Responsibilities Manage import operations for molds, mold parts, spare parts machinery and equipment, coordinating with Customs Brokers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processes in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies, including IMMEX program operations. Maintain updated systems and tools to ensure accurate information transfer to Mexican Customs, securing high compliance standards and brand protection. Collaborate effectively with Customs Brokers, transport companies, and internal teams (Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement) to manage daily operations. Identify and mitigate risks proactively, sending issues to the Import Manager or Import-Export Director when necessary. Drive process improvements through LCI processes, focusing on simplification while maintaining or enhancing quality. Do you have what it takes? Bachelor's degree in foreign Trade and Customs, International Commerce, or similar (or equivalent) with strong experience in IMMEX and AEO companies or Mexican Customs broker agencies. Basic knowledge of Mexican International Trade Law, Customs Law, Free Trade Agreements, and certifications like AEO and VAT-IEPS. Proficiency in SAP or equivalent systems. Advanced communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
