Finance Reporting Analyst - Jefferies

Responsibilities

• Process & Reporting Enhancement
• Support the Finance team in the automation and optimization of financial and reporting processes.
• Support the team in the review of all relevant Statistical reporting requirements.
• Analyse financial data, identify patterns or risks, and translate findings into clear business requirements.
• Policy & Control Framework
• Review relevant Finance and Regulatory reporting policies and ensure they reflect current regulatory, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Identify procedural or control gaps and drive actions to remediate them in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Ensure all procedures and process documentation are complete, accurate, and regularly updated.
• Documentation & Governance
• Produce high-quality process documentation, business requirement documents, and workflow summaries.
• Maintain documentation repositories to support internal controls, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Structured and organised approach to work, with strong documentation discipline.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and define process improvements.
• Sound knowledge of financial products and accounting concepts, ideally gained within a financial services environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams.
