Warehouse Assistant - Air-Conditioned Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of orders, customers, and inventory in the system
• Process customer orders and prepare invoices and delivery orders
• Coordinate delivery and logistics arrangements
• Perform stock take and ensure proper inventory control
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery
• Load and unload goods and ensure proper storage in the warehouse
• Check items for correct quantity and quality before delivery
• Deliver goods to customers when required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
• Compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Assist with documentation and other warehouse operational tasks

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Computer skills (Microsoft Excel knowledge is required)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible team player with a positive attitude
• On-the-job training provided
