Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
• Experience in digital publishing, audience development, or growth marketing for news or media organizations
• Proven track record of driving traffic growth and subscription conversion through data driven strategies
• Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution, and platform dynamics including Google Discover
• Experience testing and optimizing paywalls, user flows, and conversion strategies
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build and execute strategies independently
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross functional collaboration skills
• Preferred: Experience in a digital publishing environment

The Daily Wire is looking for a growth focused Marketing Manager, News, to lead audience development, traffic acquisition, and subscription conversion for DailyWire.com news content. This role owns the full user journey from discovery to engagement to paid conversion, with direct impact on subscriber growth and revenue. You will develop and execute data driven strategies across SEO, social, and emerging distribution channels, while partnering closely with editorial, product, and growth teams.
