Position Customer Marketing Lead Job Summary Drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion through targeted marketing programs. This role owns upsell/cross-sell campaigns, lifecycle communications, and product engagement initiatives. Job Duties Build and execute customer campaigns Develop targeted newsletters and lifecycle communications Drive user engagement within the product (Newton) Segment customers and personalize messaging Partner with internal teams to improve engagement Accountabilities/Results/Success for this role I ncreased expansion revenue Higher product engagement and adoption Improved retention and customer lifecycle metrics Required Qualifications/Skills/Competencies 4 + years in customer marketing (B2B SaaS preferred) Experience with lifecycle marketing and CRM tools Strong segmentation and campaign execution skills Data-driven mindset focused on retention and growth
