Responsibilities

  • Manage & execute Maintenance contracts of the designated site ensuing timely service delivery, delivering contractual commitments and compliance with safety and quality standard.
  • Resolve customer issues with strong collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain safety, regulatory and contract related documentations at site for audits & renewals.
  • Ensure adherence to Wabtec safety standards, promote a safety-first culture across the teams
  • Own Payment collection in coordination with commercial team
  • Education/Training
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
  • Professional Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in railway field with team handling.
  • Should have a good technical understanding of electrical and pneumatic products/ circuits. Relevant rolling stock experience is preferable
  • IT literate and fully conversant with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ready to travel, if required
