Your mission As a Finance Operations Specialist, you'll play an important role in shaping how Frontify manages and scales customer-related financial operations. You'll own critical processes across the customer lifecycle - invoicing and renewals as well as operations, data integrity, and process optimization - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalable process and tool setting. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Business Operations, and Legal, you'll act as a trusted operational partner who helps align teams, improve workflows, and strengthen the foundations of our quote-to-cash ecosystem. Beyond day-to-day execution, you'll own internal projects and identify opportunities for automation and scale, and help Frontify evolve its systems and processes as we continue to grow.
