Who This Role Is For You're a fully licensed clinician (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Eastern Washington who wants a part-time telehealth caseload that pays at the level your licensure deserves. Spokane's behavioral health market has historically undercompensated fully licensed clinicians - this role is a direct alternative to that, with no commute, no office overhead, and a rate that reflects your experience. What You Need Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington (required - we are not able to hire other license types at this time) Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Availability during afternoon/evening hours Preferred CBT, DBT, or similar modality training School-based or youth clinical experience Active NPI and CAQH Bilingual Spanish/English fluency Pay Range $75 - $115 USD
