About the role

Retail Supervisor As Retail Supervisor you will assist the store directors with the retail operations with a particular responsibility for supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent technical standards and customer service and to exceed performance targets. You will support by using key performance indicators to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits and management team in the effective running of the store. You will support with supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent retail standards and customer service. You will support by inspiring the team and using KPI's to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits. At Specsavers we are passionate about our people and their development.
