Specialized experience is defined as having experience: Providing strategic leadership over facilities operations and services; Developing and/or managing multi-million dollar budgets and contracts; Leading and/or supervising a large, diverse workforce; Coordinating with high level stakeholders, including Congressional and/or executive level leadership; Implementing large scale organizational changes and/or process improvements; AND Meeting with bargaining unit representatives for employee related matters. The ideal candidate possesses exemplary client service skills, the ability to resolve conflict and address challenging situations, and has experience developing a culture of customer service excellence. Experience in overseeing execution of budgets and complex contracts and experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
