SME Mission Trainer

Requirements

• Five (5) or more years supporting GEODSS operations, maintenance, training, system administration, or program management.
• Experience supporting Space Force, Air Force, USSPACECOM, CSpOC, Space Operations Command, or related organizations.
• Experience supporting cislunar operations, deep space surveillance, missile warning, missile defense, or Space Domain Awareness missions.
• Previous experience as a GEODSS Operator, Maintainer, Site Manager, Knowledge & Training Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Program Manager.

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Mission Trainer to support the Ground-based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance (GEODSS) program. This remote position serves as the enterprise Knowledge & Training Manager (KTM), leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operations, maintenance, and tactical training programs supporting the GEODSS mission. The SME Mission Trainer will build and maintain training programs that prepare operators, maintainers, and support personnel to effectively employ GEODSS optical sensor systems in support of Space Domain Awareness (SDA), deep space surveillance, cislunar operations, and emerging mission requirements. This position will develop advanced training focused on real-world operational scenarios, adversary space activities, and evolving tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to ensure personnel remain prepared to operate in a contested, degraded, and operationally limited environment.
