About the role

Location: As Assigned Reports To: Facilities Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary/Hourly Rate: $15.60 Union: Local 1199 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, washing furniture, running scrubbing and pick up machines, applying floor finish, lower-level wall washing and moving furniture Performs other cleaning tasks as assigned by the custodian

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Good attendance and punctuality record required
• Successful work experience as a cleaner preferred
