About the role

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical installation and activities Interpret and work from electrical drawings and specifications Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes and industry standards Oversee installation of power, lighting, fire alarm, data, and communication systems Manage and monitor work progress against project schedule Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site supervisors Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met Enforce site safety protocols for all electrical personnel Track and manage materials, tools, and equipment for electrical work Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports Resolve technical issues and site conflicts related to electrical systems Coordinate with other services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) to avoid clashes Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software Excellent communication and coordination skills
