Responsibilities
- Own the slate: greenlight, shape, and pressure-test every series before production (5-10 concurrent, scaling)
- Run the writers' room and script review process - every hook, cliffhanger, and episode beat passes through you
- Own production throughput: how many series we ship per quarter, at what quality, at what cost per episode
- Define and enforce the production playbook: timelines, milestones, handoffs between script, generation, edit, and finishing

- 5+ years in short-form or episodic content, with 2-3 years in a senior leadership role (Post-Production Supervisor, Senior Lead Editor, Showrunner, etc.)
- You've scaled vertical drama at a known player - results visible in the catalog
- Track record of personally shepherding multiple series from concept to launch with measurable audience performance
- Fluid across the full arc - from writing to post-production, not siloed into one half
- You know the vertical drama playbook cold: the beats, the genres that convert, the casting logic, the trailer formula, the platform mechanics
- Existing relationships with directors, writers, and producers in the vertical drama ecosystem
