Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project engineering within precision engineering or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of precision manufacturing processes and materials
• Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and high-precision measurement tools is advantageous
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD is advantageous
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards
• Experience managing customer relationships in semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, or analytical life sciences sectors
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills

Role Summary - Oversee and coordinate engineering programs - Work closely with NPI, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure projects meet client specifications and company standards - Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through delivery - Serve as the key technical point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams Key Duties - Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for precision engineering programs - Monitor project progress and resolve technical and logistical challenges as they arise - Provide technical expertise in CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrology processes - Oversee prototype development and ensure design manufacturability - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-precision components and systems - Ensure projects meet strict quality and tolerance standards typical of precision engineering - Coordinate testing, validation, and inspection processes for components and assemblies - Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments to stakeholders
