Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle, from intake, sourcing, assessment, briefing, selection and offer negotiation for senior director level and above roles globally.
- Drive targeted sourcing strategies to build strong external talent pipelines aligned to identified, time‑bound critical capabilities across regions.

- Drive and contribute to key Global Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance process, tools, hiring outcomes and overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function, with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across executive hiring.
- What You'll Bring to Alcon
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

- Progressive talent acquisition experience within a complex global organization, with experience in a retained executive search firm.
- Proven experience running end-to-end recruitment efforts for C-suite/executive stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in proactive talent mapping and market intelligence tools and techniques.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success working with cross‑functional teams in a complex, matrixed global organization.
- Experience within a global franchise business model or related industry preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
