The Person: We seek a highly credible, personable and commercially driven growth leader who will accelerate our growth across the UK market we compete in. The ideal candidate combines a strong network within the built environment sector with the ability to understand and discuss with our clients their challenges in sustainability, building services engineering, digital innovation, fire engineering and the challenges facing clients across real estate, hospitality, commercial offices, workplace design, healthcare, education, mixed use residential, and science and technology. You are a strategic relationship builder who can engage confidently with developers, investors, project managers, architects, contractors, and public-sector stakeholders, while also working closely with our technical experts to translate client needs into winning solutions. You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and data-driven, with a proven track record of identifying opportunities, developing key accounts, leading pursuits, and converting pipeline into revenue.
