Key Exciting Responsibilities - Support the logistics, rollout, and execution of our bi-annual global performance review process (GPS Sync). - Train and enable global stakeholder groups on how to effectively navigate and leverage our HRIS tools. - Foster cross-functional partnerships with People Systems, Communications, and Business Partners for seamless program delivery. - Update, maintain, and streamline internal resource frameworks and process documentation to keep talent frameworks accessible. Essential Skills & Experience - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a closely related field. - Strong foundational project management skills with the ability to track timelines and organize deliverables. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global, cross-functional teams. - Proactive mindset with a desire to learn the operational intricacies of corporate talent management.
