Experience also includes applying expert writing, editing, instructional, and adult learning principles to design, develop, and deliver training, workshops; planning and evaluating programs or initiatives by establishing goals, determining resource requirements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring progress, and assessing outcomes to inform improvements; conducting studies, developing evaluation methods or metrics, analyzing results, and preparing reports or briefings that communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership. You must meet the minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions: http://www.opm.gov/qualifications/Standards/group-stds/gs-prof.asp.
