Additional Information

Job Summary As a Software Support Engineer at Teleo, you will be responsible for supporting the global expansion and maintenance of Teleo's autonomous heavy machinery fleet. Your role will involve supporting both internal and external teams in deploying Teleo's technology across a growing range of heavy machinery. You will work closely with various engineering teams to ensure the successful bringup and operation of autonomous heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a clear passion for customer success, along with a strong focus on ensuring system uptime. You should have a mindset geared towards developing scalable solutions and processes. Full-time exempt role with varied hours; candidates should be comfortable supporting operations outside standard business hours when needed
