Our role: We are looking for a Junior Software Support Analyst to join our team in Reading. In this role you'll help customers get the most out of our software by providing technical support and building strong relationships with users. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, gain hands-on-experience with real-world systems and develop the skills needed for a successful career in tech. This role reports to the Engineering Support Team Leader and has no people management responsibilities. If you do not tick every box, do not let that stop you.
