Founding Product Engineer (£80k-£120k + Equity) at Fleetcraft

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack product end-to-end, including data pipelines, API integrations, and React-based frontends.
• Design and deploy production-ready AI/LLM features, such as voice-to-record agents, integrated into critical aviation workflows.
• Own major architectural decisions and feature development from day one, ensuring software meets the rigorous demands of aircraft certification.
• The ideal candidate:
• 2-3 years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade software across the full stack (Python/FastAPI/TypeScript).
• Strong UX instincts and hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into user-facing systems that feel intuitive and reliable.
• Proven ability to navigate startup chaos and manage complex data integrations or ETL pipelines within a fast-moving engineering environment.
