Key job responsibilities - Serve as lead counsel on a diverse array of projects, including product counseling, commercial and technology contracts, marketing, privacy, AI/ADMT and regulatory compliance matters. - Anticipate and address strategic legal, regulatory, and reputational risk. - Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways. - Build processes that address risk with flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
