Requirements

Position Summary As a member of the Innovation Equipment team, this person will be responsible for managing equipment performance and factory metrics in collaboration with Fab Engineering teams and equipment vendors. The position will require strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment operation and maintenance, in order to analyze equipment data, develop solutions, and ensure actions are implemented. Additionally, this role will need to exhibit strong communication skills in order to lead cross-functional teams internally to Samsung and externally with equipment vendors and OEMs. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Manage OEM vendors performance and provide feedback for support, parts, process improvements and escalate critical business needs in a timely manner. Create and maintain report card system to track key supplier performance metrics and drive improvement plans. Manage fab wide equipment engineering improvement projects across cross-functional teams and business units. Work with fab engineering teams to analyze equipment gap-to-goal and drive initiatives to meet performance metrics. Staff/Executive level presentations, proposals and status reports to drive continuous improvement process. Communicate, interact and escalate with OEM Executive Leadership for continuous improvement, supply chain issues and technical support. Possess expert understanding of semiconductor equipment and should be capable of shifting focus of individual goals when priorities change. Work with multiple engineering teams to reduce inefficiencies using data analysis and lean methodology. Work with equipment analytics and solutions team to interpret data to develop and implement novel solutions for cross functional teams.
