Hiring Full Time Logistic Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize delivery routes for the logistics team to enhance efficiency and meet delivery schedules
• Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant regulations and company policies within logistics and warehouse functions
• Manage operational finances, including budgeting and cost control, to support sustainable business performance
• Supervise warehouse activities to maintain organized inventory and smooth workflow
• Recruit, onboard, and train warehouse staff to build a skilled and effective team
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cooperative and productive work environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational success

• Demonstrate strong management skills to lead teams and resolve operational challenges
