Watch Ledcor's Innovation, Culture and Community video to see what it's like working for Ledcor and apply today to join the true blue team - watch here Essential Responsibilities: - Execute shutdown and turnaround scopes including structural repairs, steel installation, retrofits, and equipment setting - Perform rigging, hoisting, and alignment of structural components and mechanical equipment - Complete bolt-up, torquing, and connection work to meet outage specifications - Interpret drawings, blueprints, and work packages to ensure accurate execution - Support critical path work while adapting to shifting priorities and tight timelines - Work within permit systems, lift plans, and safety procedures including LOTO requirements - Maintain productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed outage schedules - Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
