Hatchery Worker Labor HY01, 1st Shift - Hope, AR

Requirements

• Standing for 8 to 10 hours per day
• Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.
• Includes lifting, pulling, pushing, squatting, climbing, bending, reaching, rolling buggies
• Able to work in wet and/or humid conditions.
• Able to work in an environment where the noise level is usually loud.
• Wear all PPE's as required
• Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00 a.m. until processing is complete. Wednesdays are rotational and will be required to work when scheduled.
• Hours: 1st Shift
• Compensation: $17.10/hr.

• Accepting Rehires: Yes
• 3 x Rule: If you have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times you are ineligible for rehire.
• Rehire waiting period: 6 months or 180 days.

Job Details: Job Description This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Successful candidates will perform all processing duties as assigned, perform sanitation to clean processing equipment, and receive training as required.
