Role Summary and Impact As the Executive E-commerce, you will handle key responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end setup, activation, and daily optimization of performance commerce campaigns on major platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Tiki. Closely monitor and relentlessly optimize campaigns to meet and exceed key e-commerce KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), and Conversion Rate. Implement and manage a variety of e-commerce ad formats, including in-app ads, collaborative ads (CPAS), and onsite search placements. Prepare and deliver regular, insightful performance reports that provide clear analysis and actionable recommendations to internal and client stakeholders. Serve as the day-to-day client contact, presenting media plans and translating performance data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Support developing comprehensive e-commerce media plans that integrate seamlessly within the client's strategy.
