Responsibilities
- Designing and executing test plans to validate new feature releases and system changes in billing systems and related software applications, with an emphasis on Amdocs CES & CSG - CCS/ACSR platforms

- Supporting and driving billing release management activities, including cross functional awareness, test readiness, defect triage, and release sign-off
- Performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting issues related to data quality and billing defects
- Mentoring junior QA engineers and serving as a technical leader within the QA team, providing guidance on best practices and testing techniques
- Supporting the evaluation and trial of new infrastructure designs or services, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
