Are you someone who can: - Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing clients to the correct departments in line with service standards. - Handle overflow calls and ensure client queries are efficiently routed to the appropriate teams. - Operate and maintain a message centre by accurately capturing, allocating, and tracking client messages. - Ensure messages are distributed to the correct departments and stakeholders for timely follow-up and resolution. - Provide professional and courteous communication when engaging with internal and external clients. - Assist with general administrative duties, including data capturing, updating records, document management, and reporting. - Maintain accurate records and ensure all information captured is complete and updated. - Support departmental processes by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and client service delivery. - Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting agreed turnaround times. - Escalate urgent queries or service issues to the relevant teams in line with business processes. You will be an ideal candidate if you: - Hold a Grade 12 qualification. - Have previous experience in administration, customer service, call centre, reception, or financial services environments (advantageous). - Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills. - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Are customer-focused with a professional and helpful approach. - Have strong attention to detail and accuracy when capturing information. - Are computer literate and able to work with multiple systems. - Can work under pressure and manage high volumes of calls and administrative tasks.
