Responsibilities
- SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation

- Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams
- Support clients during the pre-sales and post-sales process when needed
- Ensure proper follow-up on project progress and customer satisfaction
- ERP, WEBSITE & BUSINESS SOLUTION KNOWLEDGE
- Maintain strong understanding of ERP systems, website solutions, software services, and digital transformation solutions
- Understand core business operations including accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operations workflows
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies
- Effectively communicate the business value and operational benefits of ERP solutions Continuously develop product knowledge and consultative selling skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-3 years' experience in tech sales or business development
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, websites, eCommerce platforms, and business workflows such as accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operations
- Ability to translate technical ERP and AI concepts into practical business solutions
- Ability to understand business operations and client needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional verbal and written English communication
- Organized and proactive personality
- Interest or exposure to AI solutions, automation tools, or digital transformation services is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment
