About the role

We are looking for website content enthusiast that possess the following skillsets to manage a enterprise-level website. You will be situated at our client's place during this 1 year contract period. Manage and publish daily website updates with absolute accuracy Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and regulatory standards Manage multiple requests simultaneously, ensuring approvals and alignment before publishing Navigate high-pressure situations where stakeholder demands must be balanced against operational realities Participate in a rotational standby/on-call schedule to provide 24/7 publishing support Respond promptly to incident-related updates, ensuring timely and accurate customer communication Support live verification and deployments during evenings, weekends, and public holidays Participate in operational aspects of content migrations, CMS upgrades, and platform changes, ensuring continuity of critical web services Validate migrated content, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions during system cutovers Uphold strict publishing workflows, escalation protocols, and governance standards Take full accountability for ensuring customer-facing content is correct, complete, and compliant Apply deep CMS expertise and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to handle advanced content requirements and troubleshoot issues in real-time Optimize website content for accessibility, SEO, performance, and mobile responsiveness
