Facilities Technician

We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our team. If you enjoy practical work, fixing problems, and helping a workplace run smoothly, this role will give you the chance to make a real impact every day. Duties and Responsibilities: To provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company`s building systems and be able to fix minor defects. Supervise and escort specialists and subcontractors working with the building technical systems. Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed. Makes minor plumbing repairs, as necessary. Performs basic electrical work and determines when an electrician is required. Performs basic cosmetic repairs, such as local wall painting, putty Performs basic HVAC works and repairs, such as filters replacement Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences Repairs building's hardware equipment, such as doors, windows etc. Dismantles and installs, and repairs furniture if required. Transports goods or equipment as assigned. Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by Direct Manager The employee is responsible for proper, high-quality and timely execution of his job obligations. The employee is responsible for trusted work resources and items Secondary or vocational education is required for this role. English Speaker At least 2 years of experience in building systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting. A strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work well in a team. Basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel.
