The role ensures that all site activities, both onshore and offshore, are conducted in compliance with UK legislation, company policies, ISO standards and project consent requirements, while promoting a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility and quality delivery. The HSEQ Manager will establish, implement and maintain the site HSEQ management system, providing professional guidance to the Site Manager and wider leadership team on regulatory compliance, risk management, contractor performance and continuous improvement. A key focus of the role is to support operational readiness, contractor integration and construction-to-O&M interfaces, ensuring that HSEQ risks are effectively managed during this critical phase of the asset lifecycle. The role will work closely with the EA1 HSEQ Manager to ensure consistency of standards, sharing of best practices and alignment of processes across the East Anglia assets. The position will also provide support, where required, to existing operations (EA1) and future projects (including EA2) to ensure a consistent and integrated HSEQ approach across the wider portfolio.
