- Leverage existing and establish new relationships with prospective partners through industry events, association meetings, conferences, and proactive outbound outreach
- Leverage market research, lead generation efforts, and regional insights to identify and engage high-potential dental practice owners
- Lead compelling partnership discussions by clearly articulating Dentalcorp's value proposition, financial outcomes, and long-term strategic benefits
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate qualified interest and enhance brand visibility
- Engage and activate relationships within the existing partner network to drive referrals, advocacy, and industry awareness
- Manage and advance a disciplined pipeline of opportunities, balancing relationship development with execution and deal progression
- Maintain lasting relationships with existing partners and facilitate extensions to their partnership agreements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles within the dental industry, in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
- Proven success building, sustaining, and converting strong relationships with dental practice owners
- Possess or develop strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to present complex business cases clearly and persuasively
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as required to support relationship development and industry engagement
