Responsibilities
- Residential Care- Understands and promotes the Hallmark Dementia Strategy while working alongside the team to ensure relationship centred care is delivered to a high standard. Plans, develops and organises the overall operation of the Dementia Community.

- About You:
- Practical experience of working in dementia care and creating advanced care plans.
- Knowledge of care standards and the drive to keep or meet and 'outstanding' CQC level
- Empathy- this is such an important role and sensitive issue can arise, clear and concise communication skills are also needed
- A high level of understanding how to develop meaningful activities for our residents
