Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct market research to stay updated on global market trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with the product development team to tailor offerings to meet the needs of various markets. Manage and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management review. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agrochemicals Minimum of 5 years experience in international sales and marketing roles. Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies globally. Strong knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and cultural practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English & Spanish Willingness to travel internationally as required.
