Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory Services // Financial Due Diligence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program required; CA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Four to six years of experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory / Deals
• Willing to relocate to or be primarily present in Gurgaon
• Experience working with private equity clients or on U.S. / global transactions is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into insights
• Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel analytics and management data analysis
• Exposure across sectors such as SaaS, healthcare, consumer, industrials or financial services
• Ability to identify relevant issues and articulate clear observations and recommendations
• Entrepreneurial attitude, comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm to contribute to a fast-growing environment
• Ability to work under tight timelines with a strong sense of ownership
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
• Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
• High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset
• Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments

Portage Point is seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence (FDD)to join its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) India team. This Senior Associate will support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for U.S. and global private equity firms, corporates and lenders. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced U.S. deal environment. #LI-Hybrid
