Provide laundry and dry cleaning service for all guest laundry, hotel linen and employee uniforms in accordance with the Hotel standards and with proper wash formulas and procedures. Respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with applicable norms and standards and the rules of safety and hygiene accordance to Hotel established standards. Support the preventative maintenance program and energy conservation. And would be responsible for maintaining all regulatory requirement in the resort Attend daily briefing conducted by supervisor Responsible for washing and pressing of employee uniform, guest laundry and hotel linen using proper washing formulas and procedures. Make sure that all of linens and garments are properly sorted before washed. Checks all laundry machine are in good working order, informing the supervisor of any damage of machine Handling guest laundry billing. Follow through the payment instruction of each guest laundry ( post or cash basis) Sorting or checking all linen and garment. To separate linen and garments according the stain (oil, grease, blood, food, etc ) Checks of laundry loads are properly weighted according laundry machine capacity. Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of washing and pressing machine. Report any defect or out of order laundry machine to superior Monitor chemical in sufficient stock. Maintains quality and control of wash formulas. Report all lost and found items, following the standard procedures. Report any guest complaint and accident to supervisor Diploma Degree in Hospitality Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Laundry at Luxury Property Villa experience is a must Knowledge of laundry chemical product and hygiene rules Competencies Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
