• Willing to work shifts, including weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate; training will be provided
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information

Register patients and manage appointments Perform basic triage and record vital measurements Handle patient enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms Manage billing, payment collection, and claims processing (CHAS, MediSave, TPA) Assist doctors with clinical and administrative duties Coordinate with laboratories, imaging centres, and specialist clinics Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations Ensure clinic cleanliness, equipment sterilisation, and infection control standards Manage inventory of medical supplies and consumables
