Main Responsibilities: Lead and own the forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes for the assigned business unit Partner closely with leadership teams, budget owners, and senior management to support financial planning and decision-making Deliver monthly performance tracking, including variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior periods Prepare and present management reporting, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities Act as a trusted finance business partner for CEE Shared Services, supporting operational and strategic initiatives Develop and maintain cost models for staff, technology, other costs & capital expenditure Support ad-hoc financial analysis and Board-level requests as needed Support the month-end process by calculating and validating accruals in close cooperation with the accounting team Perform scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analysis to support strategic decisions Own cash flow planning, including actuals versus forecast analysis and forward-looking projections Support ad-hoc financial analysis and Board-level requests as needed
